A promoter of martial arts practice and lifestyle, Keo leads the Coalition uniting exceptional individuals through a strong and integrated community.
Years of training and competition have honed his focus on modern submission grappling. He structures and leads our Jiu-Jitsu program at CCS, staying at the forefront of modern training philosophies. This ensures that our members receive the most effective guidance in sport Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and self-defense.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a people-focused approach to business and leadership have helped Keo to become a contributing health, wellness, and martial arts professional. He has a degree in Anthropology and certifications in areas of fitness training and nutrition.
Keo's leadership extends beyond CCS. He has led numerous groups and individuals and holds a teaching position at Mary Baldwin University, where he imparts his knowledge and passion for martial arts.
Keo goes the extra mile, working closely with select individuals in one-on-one training sessions. He also offers introductory lessons in combat sports, ensuring that new students are well-prepared to embark on their journey at Coalition Combat Sports.
