Hailing from Colorado, Coach Rick Palmer is a wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu visionary. As a collegiate wrestler at Adams State College, he excelled on the mat, setting the stage for a remarkable coaching career.

After college, Palmer ventured into coaching, making an impact at wrestling clubs across the country, from Colorado to Georgia, California, and Washington. In 2003, he brought his expertise to Virginia's Waynesboro High School, where he's earned the prestigious Valley District Coach of the Year title five times.

Coach Palmer's commitment to excellence extends to being a silver-certified coach with USA Wrestling. He has also played the crucial role as Scholastic Program Director for the Cavalier Wrestling Club in Charlottesville.

In 2006, Palmer embarked on his Jiu-Jitsu journey, eventually becoming an invaluable part of our training team.
