Course Highlights

• No-Gi Focus: Our classes are exclusively No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, which is similar to wrestling but emphasizes submissions over pins. Most Jiu Jitsu schools have you wear a large and bulky gi or kimono. At Coalition, it's fight shorts and compression shirts. We are the largest No-Gi program in over 100 miles. We are comparable to what you'd find in a major city.

• Mixed Levels: Our classes are designed to accommodate participants of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

• Beginner-Friendly: No prior experience is required. Our expert instructors will guide you from the basics to mastery.

What You’ll Learn
