Our Kickboxing program welcomes adults of all experience levels, providing a comprehensive and invigorating workout that leaves you feeling ready to take on any challenge. We also consider enrollment for youths aged 14 and up, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.
Course Highlights
• Duration: Each class is a dynamic 1-hour session, followed by an optional 30-minute open mat for extra practice and sparring.
• Training Variety: Experience a diverse range of training methods, including fundamental instruction, mitt work, bag work, shadow boxing, head movement, and footwork.
• Full-Body Benefits: Boost your core strength, cardio fitness, and overall endurance while gaining confidence in your abilities.
• Progressive Training: As your kickboxing skills advance, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in more advanced training, including sparring sessions tailored to your comfort level.
What You’ll Learn
• Footwork and Movement: Move smoothly while maintaining a strong base.
• Striking: Throw punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.
• Defense: Defend yourself and respond under pressure.
Course Components
1. Shadow Boxing: Move around freely in your own space while warming up and finding a rhythm.
2. Mitt and Bag work: Hitting mitts and the heavy bag to practice technique and get a workout.
3. Partner Drills: Work with a partner to practice offense and defense in a safe and technical approach.
